• Provide helpful and professional insurance service needs to clients and producers

• Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.

• Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc.

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability

• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

• Comfortable with cross-selling

Requirements
• P&C license required

• 1+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience in a retail brokerage setting

• Proficiency in Salesforce

• In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
