What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound calls daily
• Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
• Discuss customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
• Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Call center experience is a plus
• Must reside within 60 miles of the office location
• Attendance required for the first 90 days of training
• Must be available to work during business hours after training

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous experience in a mortgage or financial services environment
• Familiarity with mortgage payment processes and customer service best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle high call volumes
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
