Actual base pay will be determined based on a successful candidate's work location, skills/abilities, experience, and education. This role includes opportunity to receive an annual bonus target of 5% of annual eligible earnings. Actual bonus amounts are determined by length of time in role, individual performance, and organizational performance.
States we employ in: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MO, NC, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV. In order for your candidacy to be considered, you must have established residency in one of these states or being willing to relocate.
If you live within 50 miles of either the Melbourne, FL or Colorado Springs, CO office, you would be expected to work onsite 3 days per week.

The Job
The Health & Wellness Admin is responsible for supporting the Health & Wellness Department by making outbound calls to Medi-Share members to explain and build value in the Health Programs offered and complete clerical tasks to successfully administer the Health Partnership Program and the Health Incentive Discount.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to applicants and members regarding questions on various topics related to the Health Partnership program including: features, benefits, requirements and facilitation of the program completion.
Manage Salesforce Queue with a 24 hr SLA.
Process Lab results/Verification forms submitted and determine pass/fail outcome
Understand and process Health Incentive applications
Understand and process Health Partnership graduations and Annual Verifications as appropriate
Understand and respond appropriately to member email/phone requests
Strong computer skills specifically: Microsoft Excel skills, CRM and external websites
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Comply with all organizational HIPAA requirements
Open Pre-Notification Calls
Scanning mail and indexing it to the appropriate queue
Contribute to the exercise and expression of Christian Care Ministrys Christian beliefs
Perform all other duties as assigned
Essential Skills & Abilities
Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Advanced customer service skills
Able to organize/prioritize daily workload
Advanced data entry skills including the ability to use a database system (CRM) and how to update fields.
Ability to communicate effectively in written, oral, and digital formats to respond clearly and effectively to members.
Ability to diagnose complex problems and issues with data not easily understood
Ability to work effectively without supervision
Knowledge of compliance to HIPAA / PHI requirements
Intermediate use of the internet including: e-mail and search engines, word processing and keyboard skills of at least 25 words per minute.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED required
6-12 months related administrative experience and/or training preferred
