We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to enter information into our database from paper documents. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that is easily accessible through a digital database at our East Memphis location!
Data Entry Clerk Candidate must be highly proficient with typing skills. Keying data, both Alpha and Numerical, to ensure Customer sales contracts are complete and accurate. Applicant must be extremely detail oriented and able to identify discrepancies Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory Accurately read, count and write in order to complete all needed documentation regarding detailed customer orders Must be willing to be available to work Monday -Saturday and holidays based on store needs. Maintain professional demeanor and provide assistance to fellow staff as needed and/or instructed by management Job Requirements: Able to multitask and effectively communicate At least 1 year of proven experience as data entry clerk Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware Must have a friendly, helpful demeanor and professional appearance Strong attention to detail Prompt and regular attendance Royal Furniture Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
