Responsibilities
• Engage with customers via online chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
• Utilize effective communication skills to address customer needs promptly and professionally
• Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through chat interactions
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently during chat sessions

Experience
• Proficient in English with strong written communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with sales processes and client services is advantageous
• Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in written communication

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.05 - $24.14 per hour
