What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Lead a CI/CD team, managing cost, schedule, and performance for associated projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for DNA Nucleus, representing it in meetings with stakeholders
• Oversee maintenance of the CI/CD environment and onboarding customers into GitLab
• Communicate CI/CD upgrades and new features to customers through various methods
• Research and implement improvements for CI/CD offerings, including transitioning capabilities to the Cloud

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 10 years of leadership and project management experience, overseeing multiple projects
• Previous experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer supporting CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab Ultimate, DORA metrics, and Prisma Cloud
• Familiarity with DoD environments and DISA Application Security & Development guidelines
• Proficient communication and documentation skills for technical guidance and presentations

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with OpenShift, Nexus, and Amazon ECS
• Understanding of Cyber Security guidelines and how to resolve code vulnerabilities
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification
