The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting insurance products that meet their needs. As an Insurance Agent, you will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to build relationships, analyze client requirements, and communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction.

Duties
• Schedule appointments with warm leads
• Work Remotely
• Attend consistent and on-going training via in-person and webinar platform
• Attend a leadership training
• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients Remotely
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas for improvement

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
