Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team in Bee Cave, Texas. This position offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, providing the potential for significant earnings based on your performance.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within an enterprise environment, and possess a passion for cultivating long-term customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts.
  • Engage with decision-makers and influencers to identify client needs and introduce our services/solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
    Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and other outreach techniques to build a pipeline of prospects.
