Junior Database Engineer

Description:
• Help customers move data into and around various data stores available in AWS.
• Fast learner wanting to learn database technologies, including data, replication, and data stores.
• Excellent problem-solver with a curious nature and a sense of ownership.

Requirements: • Experience with relational databases including SQL Server, Postgres or MySQL. • Experience analyzing database performance issues • Experience with backup and restore processes • Experience with database recovery • Broad awareness of customer workloads and use cases, including performance, availability, and scalability. • Experience building and maintaining complex mission-critical production database systems. • Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, EBS, S3, etc.).
