Chat Support Agent

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.

Duties
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues
• Analyze customer needs and offer solutions or additional products/services
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions following company procedures
• Utilize computerized systems to access and update customer information
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting a diverse customer base

Experience
• Prior experience in customer support or related fields is preferred
• Strong client services skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and customer support tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.25 - $19.40 per hour
