Description:
• Researching, resolving, and communicating issues regarding Medicare Part D coverage and benefits.
• Work cross functionally with different departments to support member concerns.
• Outreach to members with resolutions.
• Detail-oriented with proficient research skills and ability to analyze data.
• Close grievances cases daily, maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements: • 2 plus years of experience working within a customer service role on several computer applications and complex databases for research, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook). • Previous experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or pharmaceutical related industry (preferred). • Previous Med D grievance experience (preferred). • Bachelors Degree preferred.
