Nashelle Jewelry is a growing fine jewelry brand known for its sophisticated designs and quality craftsmanship. We are expanding beyond our local roots and need an experienced, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support customer service, marketing, and e-commerce operations.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive freelance virtual assistant to handle customer interactions, assist with marketing initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges

• Provide personalized assistance and ensure excellent customer experience

• E-Commerce & Website Management:

• Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Shopify

• Track inventory and coordinate with the fulfillment team

• Ensure a seamless online shopping experience

• Marketing & Social Media Support:

• Assist with influencer outreach and email campaigns

• Schedule and manage social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and track engagement metrics

• Administrative & Research Tasks:

• Conduct industry and competitor research

• Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets

• Assist with other operational needs as required

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or digital marketing

• Strong understanding of Shopify, social media platforms, and email marketing tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently

• Passion for fashion, jewelry, or luxury brands is a plus

Hours & Compensation:

• 10-20 hours per week (flexible, based on workload)
