As a Customer Service Representative at our Mountain Village branch, you'll be the face of the bank, engaging directly with the community we serve. This role involves handling day-to-day banking transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and supporting their use of digital banking platforms. Qualifications: Previous banking experience is an advantage but not required. Unquestionable integrity and a strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail. Resilient and positive attitude, capable of assertiveness and maintaining composure under pressure.
Responsibilities: Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Sell banking products like cashiers checks and safety deposit boxes. Provide information and answer customer queries both in person and over the phone. Promote and assist customers with online and mobile banking. Engage in ongoing learning and adaptation to meet the needs of our community.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary ranges between $20 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
