Placement Team Lead

Conduct thorough searches for placement resources, including relative, foster home, treatment foster home, group home, and higher level of care options.
Collaborate with case managers, licensing specialists, and permanency consultants to identify the most suitable placement options for each child.
Develop and maintain relationships with placement providers to ensure timely and effective placements.
Ensure accurate and professional documentation of all referrals, files, and data tracking.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available resources and placement options to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
Experience working with children in out-of-home care, preferably in a Child Welfare setting.
Strong assessment skills to determine the best placement matches for children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children, families, and professionals.
Proficiency in computer software packages, including Microsoft Office and Cobris.
Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
