Responsibilities
Support customers with inquiries or issues regarding financial products and services through various channels such as phone, text, chat, and video chat.

Receive direction from supervisors and escalate questions and issues to more senior employees as needed.

Interact with team members and internal or external customers to provide information and support.
Requirements
6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Bilingual reading, speaking, and listening proficiency in Spanish/English.
