As a part of the Dealer Credit Administration team, the Credit Associate - Retail Onboarding is responsible for initiating and completing system set-ups and due diligence for new indirect lending relationships. Working effectively and efficiently with team members and matrix partners, the Credit Associate - Retail Onboarding will provide a high level of customer service to new customers during the onboarding process and ensure an efficient process is followed.
Responsibilities
Complete due diligence to ensure compliance with federal regulation and internal policy

Create and edit dealer profiles in Ally systems
,
Collaborate effectively with team members and matrix partners
,
Review retail agreements for completion and accuracy
,
Supervise and respond to incoming email requests received in group mailbox in a timely manner
,
Provide customer service for automotive dealers
Requirements
HS diploma or equivalent required
,
Understanding of automotive dealership operations is a plus
,
Presents strong written and oral communication skills
,
Requires proficient use of all Microsoft Office programs
,
Performs administrative, accounting and technically based supporting tasks
,
2 + years' experience in financial services or similar industry
,
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related emphasis may be considered in place of experience
