Rockland Trust has flexible, fulltime, part time and weekend only roles as a Float Teller. Contribute to the smooth operation of a variety of local branch locations as you proactively explore customer needs and develop relationships. Your flexibility and adaptability will shine as you seamlessly transition between local branches, ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery while helping customers navigate banking transactions.

Hours that fit your schedule & lifestyle

Typical Branch Hours of Operation:

Monday – Wednesday: 8am – 5pm

Thursday & Friday: 8am – 6pm

Saturday: 8am – 1pm

Sunday: 10am – 1pm

Float Tellers are an integral part of Rockland Trust’s branch operations, in a float position, you have the opportunity to meet more diverse members of your company’s staff and work alongside a variety of managers. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel outside of your “home” branch.
