The primary role of this position is to complete next-level day-to-day tasks in Deposit Operations. The position ensures accurate and timely completion of all daily functions, prioritizing time management due to the repetition of many tasks.
• Handles customer inquiries about credit/debit cards, Zelle/TransferNow, and Electronic Banking via phone calls. Additional responsibilities may include resolving other customer issues as needed.
• Verifies wires according to bank wire policy and procedures.
• Completes End of Day Processing.
• Sweeps and indexes daily work for review by Maintenance.
• Performs maintenance on EOD scan work from all PVB branches, including stop payments, WSUDS, death notices, and miscellaneous addendums.
• Runs daily maintenance queries against daily maintenance records.
• Completes Federal Withholding on IRA customers twice weekly.
• Monitors the CSS Maintenance Inbox.
• Completes Transaction Content Manager (TCM) tasks daily.
• Reviews and completes daily CC and debit card reports, including disputes, provisional credits, ATM surcharges, ISA fees, ENFACT reports, etc.
• Performs daily Card maintenance from branches and posts CC payments.
• Monitors the CSS Card Inbox.
• Familiarizes oneself with Regulation E to identify disputes that violate or are appropriate.
• Processes Zelle/Transfer Now requests as they arrive.
• Works Charge Off Reports.
• Completes Levies for IRS/State Levies and County Suggestions.
• Updates Rate Sheets.
• Maintains Electronic Banking services as requested by retail branches for basic changes, such as port changes, temporary passwords, user unlocks, etc.
• Serves as backup for CSS Deposit Operations.
• Assists with scanning documents into the Director Archive system during overflow periods.
• May be required to support other bank activities.
