Senior Corporate Attorney

As a seniorcorporate attorneyin our Commercial Lines Product corporate legal group, you'll provide legal support for our Transportation Network Company (TNC), emerging mobility, and commercial Fleet products and programs. You'll primarily work with our internal business partners supporting the development and growth of our commercial insurance products and programs, including development of policy forms and coverages, program administration and risk-sharing arrangements, and other program-related work with our Commercial Product Legal group. You'll research a variety of legal issues regarding the design and implementation of countrywide insurance products uniquely tailored for our large program and fleet customers.
Must-have qualifications
Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) and a minimum of 5 years of post-degree legal practice experience
Active license to practice law in at least one state; Active or Corporate license in state where working (or eligible to be)
Preferred skills
Demonstrated experience with TNC product, large commercial insurance programs, or commercial insurance product design
Experience with property and casualty insurance product design and/or insurance regulatory matters
Experience researching and applying laws to moderately complex regulatory and commercial business matters and effectively communicating those results to business partners
Experience supporting commercial transactions, complex customer/agency relationships, reinsurance, or Managing General Agent/Third Party Administrator business
Compensation
$112,300 - $160,400/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
