Pricing Supervisor or Associate Manager

As a pricing supervisor or associate manager on the Personal Lines Recreational Line leadership team, youll oversee the pricing work for Progressives boat product. In this role, youll lead the development of your team, ensure the boat product is adequately priced, and modernize our approaches and processes. Additionally, youll coordinate recommendations and implementations to state product design, rating factor relativities and rate levels. Your team will influence our ability to find the right price for the right coverage for our customers.

Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math/Actuarial Science or related field (Economics, Statistics)
Three years property casualty insurance experience
Five years related professional experience (analytical work in a professional setting)
Instead of a degree, seven years of property casualty insurance experience and/or nine years of related experience (analytical work in a professional setting)
Preferred skills
Pricing and/or product experience
Prior leadership/mentorship experience including excellent business acumen and ability to see big picture
Outstanding communication skills, with great collaboration and influencing skills
Critical thinking capabilities and strong analytical & technical skills
Strong desire and capability to develop people, drive results, and create inclusive work environment
Compensation
$72,100 - $116,300/year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
