Responsibilities
Assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Ensure branch associates are effective and engaged in operations and sales.

Assist in finding and developing high-quality staff.

Conduct structured coaching sessions for individual and branch success.

Develop and retain the customer base, using names and knowledge of account ownership.

Acquire and maintain knowledge of consumer and business lending products.

Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer them to business partners.

Complete required training for bank and branch policies and procedures.

Interpret documents such as safety rules and loan documents.

Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Define and offer solutions to resolve problems.

Make calls to clients and prospects to meet branch calling goals.

Interpret data to evaluate lending ratios and product opportunities.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong leadership skills and great organizational skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Ability to motivate and develop the branch team.

Experience with extensive customer contact is required.

Ability to convey bank strategy and technique via the Peoples Coaching Model.
