SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Associate to support the LCAC Hull Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager & Systems Engineer with program tasking execution in Panama City, FL.
Work will be performed onsite 5 days a week.
Job Responsibilities: Primary job function will be tracking engineering project work in Jira, assisting with department budgets, producing power point briefings, and other typical analyst tasking as assigned. Assist in the development of LCAC HM&E project documentation to include project plans, timelines, requirements, milestones, and reports. Analyze project data on a continuous basis to identify any potential business risk factors or technology gaps and gain insight for process improvements. Track and support project progression throughout each fiscal year using software tools such as TEMPR, ERP, NEPS, JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Planner. Create bi-weekly reports to update local command and program office sponsors regarding the status of active tasking. Work closely with the LCAC HM&E project team to offer individualized support and gather requirements for assigned tasking. Support the LCAC HM&E PM with mid-year and end of year Task Planning Sheet (TPS) generation in conjunction with NSWC E30 division and program office representatives. Review and provide weekly budget analysis reports and resource allocation. Support the LCAC HM&E PM by managing government labor funding plans. Provide logistical support by means of tracking and recording deliveries, stock levels, and part location. Attend relevant leadership meeting to support tracking of project actions and deliverables. * Identify industry leading tools and methods to improve project business metrics and task execution.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and zero (0) years or more experience; years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Qualifications: The job will require excellent Excel skills, use of Jira, Windchill, and other systems. Knowledge of the complexities and requirements associated with project planning, tracking and oversight. Knowledge of the substantive programs of the Division and Branches as they relate to administrative functions and processes. Ability to monitor and evaluate schedule and financial activities Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments as required. Knowledge of correspondence and writing procedures and practices. Ability to communicate (transmit and receive) tactfully to ensure accomplishment of functions.
Clearance:
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance; Minimum of an interim Secret clearance required to start.
