Key Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition: Expand your client base by making new connections, maintaining a strong referral network, and delivering an exceptional client experience. • Financial Planning: Develop personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs. • Plan Management: Oversee your clients' financial plans, ensuring they stay on track to achieve their goals. • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to support them through every stage of life.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Earnings: Performance-based earnings and revenue
• Average advisor annual earnings of $61K-$119K (based on 2018-2023 company average for representatives in the first 3 years)
• Top 25% advisor annual earnings of $137K-$250K (based on 2018-2023 company data for top quartile advisors in the first 3 years)
• Licensing Support: Assistance with obtaining insurance licensing, Securities Industry Essentials®, Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, and more
• Retirement Package: Fully company-funded retirement package and pension plan

Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ambition to become a business owner • Experience: Proven success in relationship-building or client-facing roles • Skills: Excellent time-management, critical thinking, and communication skills • Motivation: Strong sense of drive and desire for continuous learning and collaboration • Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
