Join the founding team of the 229Project, working directly with our founder to build the technical foundation of our healthcare leadership community platform. We're seeking two creative developers to collaborate in designing and implementing no-code solutions that will power our events, media content, and insights business for healthcare executives.

The 229Project exists to ensure every healthcare leader has a community they can lean on and learn from. Founded by a former CIO of a sixteen-hospital system, we bring healthcare executives together through events, content, and peer advisory groups. Our community helps leaders make better decisions, build powerful connections, and create lasting healthcare impact.
The Vision
We're building a comprehensive platform to connect healthcare leaders, manage our events (from executive summits to city tours), deliver valuable content, and facilitate meaningful community interactions. As founding technical team members, you'll have significant input in shaping how this vision comes to life using no-code and low-code tools.
Positions Available (2)
We're looking for two complementary technical talents to work collaboratively on our initial set of objectives:
Community & Events Platform Developer
Focus on building user-facing community interfaces and event management systems
Design and implement member dashboards and networking features
Create automated event registration, communication, and follow-up workflows
Content & Data Platform Developer
Focus on content management, analytics, and database architecture
Develop systems to organize and deliver executive resources and insights
Build reporting tools to measure community engagement and growth
Location
Utah-based candidates preferred. Remote work available.
Contract Details
3-month initial contract with strong path to permanent positions
Competitive hourly rate ($35-55/hour depending on qualifications)
Opportunity to grow with the company from early stage
Direct mentorship from founder with extensive healthcare technology leadership experience
Key Technologies
Airtable (database design and community management)
Softr (front-end interfaces and member portals)
MySQL (database architecture and data management)
Zapier (workflow automation and system integrations)
AI tools (enhancing member experience and operational efficiency)
Key Responsibilities (Shared)
Collaborate directly with founder to translate vision into technical solutions
Design and build scalable systems using no-code/low-code tools
Create seamless user experiences for healthcare executives
Develop automated workflows for event management and content delivery
Integrate AI to enhance platform capabilities
Document architecture and maintain development standards
Iteratively improve systems based on user feedback and business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (recent graduates ideal)
Strong understanding of database design principles and user experience
Ability to think critically about complex systems design
Experience with or aptitude for learning no-code/low-code platforms
Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize AI tools in workflow design
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
