Were seeking a future team member for the role of Workforce Planning, Director to join our People Analytics team. This role is located in New York.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:
Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce planning strategy aligned with BNY's strategic pillars and principles
Analyze workforce data and trends to identify talent gaps, skills shortages, and other workforce challenges
Design and implement workforce planning processes and tools to support business growth and talent development
Define and prioritize requirements for Visier (Workforce Planning and Analytics tool), working closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business needs
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders on workforce planning
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to integrate workforce planning with business planning
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making, leveraging Visier's capabilities to drive data-driven insights.
Will oversee a team of three team members
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in workforce planning, talent management, or related field
Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic workforce planning initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with senior leaders and stakeholders

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and $230,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
