*Overview:** Bruner Toyota Early is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Associate. This role will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and supporting the overall growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and identify potential clients, focusing on target industries and regions. Contact and engage with leads to understand their needs, gather relevant information, and qualify them for sales follow-up. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities and interactions using CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted promotional campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven work experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a focus on multitasking and meeting deadlines.
