Key Responsibilities: • Perform thorough and accurate inspections of HVAC systems. • Diagnose, repair, and replace HVAC systems in accordance with applicable codes. • Document all services performed and ensure proper handling of fees and invoices. • Prepare for service appointments by ordering and organizing necessary parts and tools. • Submit purchase orders and coordinate with dispatch or purchasing teams. • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service. • Uphold company standards of performance, safety, and ethics. • Track and manage operational metrics like average invoice totals, callback ratios, and labor margins.

Required Qualifications: • Valid Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License • EPA Certification • 5 years of verifiable work experience in residential HVAC systems. • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
