Your Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound freight to meet customer demand and maintain efficient supply chain management.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking, ensuring optimal inventory turns and minimizing dead stock.
• Participate in recovery efforts to locate and retrieve missing merchandise, minimizing losses and maintaining high inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and processes, driving efficiency and productivity improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail, with ability to accurately count and record inventory levels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and demands.
