Ideal candidates will have:
• Strong background in Customer Service and Data Entry
• High attention to detail – cross referencing and balancing documents
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and 10-key
• Knowledge of purchasing and invoices helpful
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable helping in the warehouse on occasion as needed

Responsibilities Include
• Providing Customer Support
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Maintaining Phone Etiquette
• Purchase Order Review and Matching
• Inventory Control
• Accounts Receivable and Payment Posting
