We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Austin Round Rock. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
- Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist with any guest requests or issues promptly
- Experience
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial
- Understanding of proper phone etiquette
- Previous experience in a resort or hospitality setting is preferred Priority will be given to those with previous Hilton experience*
