Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Skills
Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
