Responsibilities
• Stocks shelves and refills displays

• Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products

• Conditions shelves and products
,
• Learns and applies product knowledge with attention to detail

• Keeps department clean and well-organized
,
• Ensures compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
,
• Meets federal, state, and company regulations for food safety and sanitation
,
• Works efficiently with a team to maintain productivity standards
,
• Takes constructive feedback and applies learning to future tasks

• May coach or train other Stockers
,
• Assists customers in locating products and answering questions

Requirements
• Minimum age of 18
,
• Experience in stocking and customer service preferred
,
• Experience in a physically demanding job is a plus
,
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including heavy lifting
,
• Strong communication skills, including reading and writing
,
• Organization and time-management skills
,
• Customer service skills and a service mentality

• Ability to work as part of a team to meet nightly goals

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks

• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
