The Development Expansion Professional is responsible for driving revenue growth and product penetration in large-scale multi-dwelling properties by collaborating with internal teams and building partnerships with developers and builders. This role ensures that services are available to new residents before their move-in date and oversees the company's presence at new build projects. The position requires strong customer service skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Provide exemplary customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Lead the preparation of project status reports and maintain accurate sales/service records.

Coordinate with other work streams and projects that may impact project completion.

Manage special product buildouts like WiFi Ready and Connected Communities.
,
Activate company services for residential and business properties in mixed-use developments.

Conduct outreach to understand clients' project profiles and timelines.
,
Monitor industry developments and evaluate competitive services and products.
,
Make presentations to managers and developers and attend meetings to maintain company visibility.

Capture new build/win-back leads and manage project status through formal briefings and reports.

Educate clients on wiring specifications and build processes for successful project delivery.

Work with local construction contacts to pull statements of work and project bids.

Track projects from pre-construction to activation.
,
Foster strong developer relationships to favor the company at new build locations.
,
Drive timely communications with clients and company partners.

Prepare regular reports on build-out progress.

Manage VIP client build-outs and communications.
,
Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations on company products and services.

Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.

Retain customer base by ensuring a superior customer experience.

Attend out-of-office meetings with customers and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Strong customer experience skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in construction projects and taking initiative.

Excellent teamwork and customer follow-up skills.
