Location: Irving, TX, US

Job Description:

Supporting the growth objectives of the Cyber Security business line through supporting and leading the cyber security consulting, solution design, and pre-sales on strategic and global accounts. The role will include, but is not limited to the following:
• Understand and translate client information security requirements into cyber security, technology-based capabilities, products, and services as provided by Atos. This includes regulatory requirements (PCI, HIPAA, etc.), data privacy (PII), and security standards (NIST, ISO).
• Provide strategic security consulting services to strategic clients.
• Deliver vCISO, strategic security consulting, and assessments to clients.
• Collaborate with different internal teams to holistically align Atos security offerings and pre-sales activities to clients' requirements.
• Interact and collaborate with the client at board and senior technical level.
• Provide advice to clients on technical and operational security measures designed to improve their cyber security posture and help defend against cyber threats.
• Lead information security portfolio deployments for existing clients.
• Author, own, and provide peer approval of High Level Design (HLD) documentation.
• Provide strategic input for ongoing development of service portfolio.
• Provide strategic business input to bids, solutions, and RFP documents.
• Participate in pre-sales consulting engagements to identify gaps and risks in client environment and propose solutions.

Job Requirements: • Excellent understanding of information security and how it applies to customer environments. • Participate and/or take lead on security solution design or approach for risk remediation. • Conduct risk assessment, participate or lead various security and regulatory compliance audits. • Provide strategic cyber security consulting and thought leadership in cyber security area for various enterprise clients. • Develop a broad understanding of customers’ businesses and how Atos security services and solutions can be applied. • Identify new opportunities to promote BDS cyber security capabilities within customer environments during client dialogue sessions. • Awareness and understanding of appropriate technologies being deployed in the design, deployment, and exploitation of specified cyber security technologies. • Consult with clients on specific security solutions required and within portfolio to meet clients’ needs and generate business opportunities. • Represent security service line and portfolio where required to project/sales teams and clients. • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments across information and cyber security. • Develop cross Service-Line relationships at a peer-group level to facilitate interworking and efficiencies. • Identify opportunities for diving automation and other process efficiencies with respect to Security Portfolio and Stakeholder engagements. • Ensure technical designs are aligned to technology standards and any exceptions are approved. • Ensure all technical artifacts including designs are peer-reviewed through the appropriate technical design authority. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through sharing and leverage of information across the Cyber Security team with the purpose of gaining efficiency in the end-to-end solution process.

Financial:
• Participate in and comply with the BDS Deal Assurance processes.
• Provide reporting to the Cyber Security Consulting Manager on progress/opportunities.
• Actively support new cyber security opportunities for new and existing clients and contribute to revenue growth and closed deals.
• Understand the delivery cost base of all project engagements and BAU services.
• Provide technical input to bids and proposals when required.

Training:
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of relevant security technologies, information security standards, and developments.
• Ensure appropriate level of training is provided to all security operations staff on new and existing products and services.
• Assist with mentoring and training of junior staff.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with both technology and non-technology literate audiences at all levels of seniority.
• Leadership skills, identifying goals and objectives, and motivating and leading others towards their achievement.
• Able to manage time and prioritize workload, whilst working under pressure.
• Flexible to work “odd” hours if needed or attend early morning or late evening calls.
• Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings – up to 40%.
