Job Description:
Job Summary
• Lead the Investor Relations organization. Design and ensure execution of the Company's investor relations strategy; provide counsel to the Company's c-suite regarding investor relations; and act as a liaison between the company and the public on financial matters.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the successful messaging of our Company's financial results and strategies.
• Serve as primary contact with the investment community
• Oversee the preparation of investor presentations, speeches, press releases, annual reports, and financial sections of One Report. Provides financial analysis support
• Represent the Company on quarterly earnings calls, prepare talking points, and advise CFO and CEO on guidance recommendations
• Partner with General Counsel Department on corporate governance, annual shareholder meetings, and proxy solicitations.
• Provide friendly service to and maintain positive relationships with all Internal and External Customers
• Resolve complex investor relations and financial issues and interface with people at all levels within the investment community and the Company
• May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Education
• Required: High school diploma or GED
• Required: Bachelor's degree

Experience
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple teams or functions through subordinate Leaders
• Advanced level Business Acumen in functional area with understanding of broad business impacts
• Expansive and far-reaching knowledge in:
• Financial reporting

Licensing/Certification
• N/A

Physical Abilities
• Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
• Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Other Qualifications
• Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
• Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information
• Ability to occasionally travel overnight
• Ability to work extended hours or weekends, including Company holidays, as required

Pay & Benefits:
• Competitive market salary from $230,300 per year to $255,900 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
