Job Description:
Job Summary
Lead the Investor Relations organization. Design and ensure execution of the Company's investor relations strategy; provide counsel to the Company's c-suite regarding investor relations; and act as a liaison between the company and the public on financial matters.

Responsibilities
Ensure the successful messaging of our Company's financial results and strategies.
Serve as primary contact with the investment community
Oversee the preparation of investor presentations, speeches, press releases, annual reports, and financial sections of One Report. Provides financial analysis support
Represent the Company on quarterly earnings calls, prepare talking points, and advise CFO and CEO on guidance recommendations
Partner with General Counsel Department on corporate governance, annual shareholder meetings, and proxy solicitations.
Provide friendly service to and maintain positive relationships with all Internal and External Customers
Resolve complex investor relations and financial issues and interface with people at all levels within the investment community and the Company

Education
Required: High school diploma or GED
Required: Bachelor's degree
Experience
Demonstrated experience leading multiple teams or functions through subordinate Leaders
Advanced level Business Acumen in functional area with understanding of broad business impacts
Expansive and far-reaching knowledge in:
Financial reporting
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information
Ability to occasionally travel overnight
Ability to work extended hours or weekends, including Company holidays, as required
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $230,300 per year to $255,900 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
