We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as an IT Product Manager.

The Technical Product Manager owns the functional side of the product and is responsible for managing the product life cycle from gathering and prioritizing requirements from customers, to defining the product vision, and working closely with business analysts and developers to deliver a viable product and solutions.
A technical product manager in collaboration with leadership team will define the product strategy, the vision and the roadmap. In addition, they will leverage their technical skill and innovative solutions to to drive positive business outcomes.

Job Accountability & Scope
Defines product strategy and roadmap
Owns the relationship with customers and is their main point of contact
Responsible for the functional aspects of the product (maintenance and innovation)
Owns the solutioning but will work closely with BAs and the development team
Owns functional aspect of product and product roadmap
Works directly with customers to map out product requirements and feasibility
Executes product strategy '

Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of product management or related experience in managing programs, business analysis, or customer management
Background in supply / logistic industries, business functions, and/or technologies preferred
Experience in a similar Agile Product Manager Role is preferred
Experience leading a development team is required
Experience with Java Enterprise, Java application servers (such as Tomcat or JBOSS), and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.
Experience in delivering Single Page Applications using React JS, Material UI, and TypeScript.
Education/Certifications
Experience and proven success in delivering software product in an agile software development environment BSc in computer science of equivalent practical experience
Scaled Agile SAFE Agile certification
Product Management (PMC / PLC / PEC) and/or BCS certifications preferred
Knowledge and Competencies
Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers.
Ability to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple stakeholder priorities.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience determining and overseeing software development initiatives and estimating resource requirements
Knowledge of tools and processes including a sound understanding of end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle
Strong ability to build, communicate, execute and deliver on agreed plans
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making and independently solving software engineering problems.
Strong analytical skills, including a strong understanding in data utilization / mapping
Expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
Strong experience in understanding business partner and client needs.
Demonstrated success in defining and building products.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
Experience working in a cloud-based SaaS product is preferred
Strong development and technical background are required
Knowledge of creating and reviewing technical (and non-technical) specifications
Experience in implementing and supporting development methodology best practices
