Candidate must reside in Minnesota preferably in Minneapolis or the St. Paul area.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Experience in selling machining solutions is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
