Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling machining solutions and a strong interest in developing new business opportunities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to drive growth. Candidate must reside in Minnesota preferably in Minneapolis or the St. Paul area.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Experience in selling machining solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
