Responsibilities: • Engage with clients through online platforms, chat support, and video calls. • Provide expert guidance on life, health, auto, and property insurance options. • Utilize digital tools to analyze client needs and recommend suitable policies. • Manage end-to-end online policy applications and issue electronic policy documents. • Stay updated on digital insurance trends and innovations. • Educate clients on self-service options for policy management. • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve digital outreach strategies.

Qualifications: • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required • Strong understanding of online customer engagement strategies. • Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital CRM tools and online sales platforms. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
