Consumer Collections Rep - Remote (Fort Washington, PA Residents)

PLEASE NOTE

 This position is included in TSI's Equipment Deposit Program. A refundable deposit for all company issued equipment is required for work at home positions included in the company Equipment Deposit Program. Additional details of this program will be provided during the interviewing and offer process.

Work Location: This is a remote/work from home position

Compensation$15-$18 per hour based on experienceÂ

Responsibilities

At our contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due.

Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• FDCPA Knowledge Preferred

2 years of previous collections experieince required
• Professional Phone Etiquette And Solid Negotiating Skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to problem solve and multitask
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone

For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
