Responsibilities
• Engage with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat) to assist with inquiries related to high-end coffee machines.
• Provide detailed product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to enhance the customer’s coffee experience.
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns with efficiency and a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction at every turn.
• Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the coffee industry to share insights with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and supportive working environment focused on customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within the retail or luxury goods sector.
• A genuine passion for coffee and high-end appliances, with a willingness to learn about our products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• A customer-first mentality, with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
