Timesheet Coordinator (Early Morning & Evening Availability) - Contract to Hire

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and clear English-speaking individual to assist our construction team with the preparation and completion of daily timesheets. This role is critical for maintaining accurate job records and ensuring timely client billing.
Availability Requirements:
Morning Window: 5:00 AM 7:30 AM EST
Evening Window: 5:00 PM 8:00 PM EST
Note: Tasks will take place within these timeframes but will not require the full windowtypically 1.5 to 2 hours total per day.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with the Project Manager and Field Supervisor to gather job details.
Use Microsoft Excel to:
Prepare timesheets for the next days schedule.
Finalize and calculate hours for current days work.
Email completed timesheets to management for review and approval.
Ensure all data is accurate and ready for client billing.
Required Skills:
Clear and fluent spoken and written English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Reliable, responsive, and able to meet daily deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with timesheet preparation or schedule coordination
Familiarity with construction or field service environments
