Core work hours are M-F 8:30a-5:00pm EST (required to work outside of core hours as needed, to meet business needs). Candidates must have previous experience recruiting for BTs/RBTs.

Summary
The Recruitment Manager oversees and manages all sourcing and recruitment strategies, plans, initiatives, and activities for BTs/RBTs across all operating/expansion states. This role manages talent/recruiting team members focused on BT/RBT hiring. This position will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering a modern, effective and efficient TA strategy that will support the growth of the Company. This position will hold an individual requisition load in addition to management of team.
What will you do as the Recruitment Manager
Develop, implement and manage successful sourcing and recruitment strategies/plans
Develop, implement and oversee recruitment KPIs
Ensure recruiters are meeting weekly/monthly and quarterly hiring goals
Continually reviews recruiting process for effectiveness and ROI, providing feedback, tracking applicant data, and making changes, as necessary
Build, lead and manage a team of recruiters (focused on RBT recruitment)
Oversees and manages the recruitment/talent team in implementing full life cycle recruitment for all positions, including posting positions, actively sourcing/recruitment of candidates, building effective talent pipelines, and leading assessment/interview processes and extending offers of employment
Responsible for the day-to-day management of recruitment/talent team; hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, supervision, and progressive disciplinary action
Directly source/recruit for high priority administrative and specialized roles for the Company (i.e. intake coordinator, care coordinator, authorizations, supervisors, managers, directors, etc.) using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline; create relationships with candidates in the market
Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and ATS software vendors
Responsible for management/oversight of ATS and other hiring platforms for efficient and effective utilization
Develop/implement/monitor/revise documented workflows and step action guides for talent acquisition/recruitment
Utilize/post social media sites for sourcing/recruitment
Promote the companys mission and vision and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
Collaborates with department hiring managers/directors and clinical team/s to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
Completes audits/ reconciliation for talent/recruitment positions, documents, workflows and processes
Manage employee referral program
Provide daily/weekly/monthly staffing updates via reporting, tracking and leading meetings
Complete special projects as needed/assigned
Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in the ABA field required
Previous experience recruiting BTs/RBTs required
Demonstrated success supervising others
Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines at once
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), applicant tracking system (ATS) and similar computer applications
