    Description:
  • Virtual Data Entry & Typist Specialist who excels at transforming handwritten notes, PDFs, and audio files into polished, error-free digital records.
  • Input large amount of data points weekly into our CRM and databases while maintaining at least 99.5% accuracy.
  • Apply consistent formatting to reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Perform dual-stage reviews first a self-audit, followed by a peer review to uphold near-perfect data standards.
  • Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions (e.g., Excel macros or VBA scripts) to boost efficiency.
  • Strictly adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect client and company information.
  • Participate in weekly virtual stand-ups to prioritize tasks and share best practices.
    Requirements:
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in data entry, transcription, or administrative support.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 70 WPM with 98% accuracy (typing test required during the interview).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; bonus points for experience with Airtable, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Communication: Excellent English skills with the ability to interpret unclear or incomplete content.
  • Self-Discipline: Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps or higher) and a quiet home workspace.
