Customer Service Representative ($17-18/hr, Weekend Availability Preferred)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside of the center
• Utilize U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
• Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Prepare rental invoices and manage equipment returns
• Participate in ongoing training and education programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in environments requiring safety precautions
• Availability for scheduled work shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in customer service or related fields
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspection
• Ability to drive a forklift (certification available upon employment)
• Certification in filling propane (training provided)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
