Tons Of Phones is looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to join our growing team. As a Live Chat Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing top-notch support through our online chat platform. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about Tons Of Phones’ products, services, and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Track and document customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with chat software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
