What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Assist clients with their travel arrangements, including flights, cruises, theme parks, hotel accommodations, and rental cars
Research and locate the best pricing and options for clients based on their needs
Complete required certification and ongoing training within a timely manner
Ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years or older
Must be located in the United States
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary)
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Ability to stay organized
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in customer service roles
Familiarity with travel booking systems or platforms
