Digital Banking Analyst Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Banking Analyst to join our team at German American Bancorp. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our digital banking services, including online and mobile banking, debit cards, and ATMs.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and maintain critical digital banking applications and equipment
• Provide escalated support for internal and external customers
• Manage application updates and hotfixes
• Coordinate small-scale projects to meet deadlines
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in application support and/or customer support of digital services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred
• Vendor and/or project management experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of customer form factors, including mobile devices, tablets, desktops/laptops, and associated operating systems and internet browsers
