Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and strong communication skills.

Duties
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information about products and services, process orders, and handle returns or complaints
• Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Analyze customer feedback to improve processes and services

Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information accurately
• A passion for helping others and providing top-notch customer support

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.25 - $19.40 per hour
