We are seeking a dedicated Park Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive profitability for our locations.
- Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of RV parks, campgrounds, and Airbnb rental properties.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained, clean, and ready for guest arrivals.
- Manage reservations, guest communications, and on-site services.
- Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff and maintenance personnel.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to optimize profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local authorities as needed.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase bookings and guest engagement.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in hospitality management, property management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to perform maintenance when needed.
- Proficiency in property management software and booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Roverpass, Firefly) is preferred but not necessary.
