We are seeking a Hybrid/Remote Property Adjuster to work from our home office in Hanover, MD
or remotely from a home office. This role involves property damage estimating and first-party
claims handling. If fieldwork is required, a company vehicle will be provided.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders.
Prepare virtual repair estimates based on customer and vendor-provided photos.
Determine total loss evaluations when applicable.
Negotiate supplements with body shops in a timely manner.
Review policy coverage and limits to ensure claim validity.
Analyze the facts of loss to establish liability.
Make payment determinations based on company guidelines.
Maintain comprehensive claim documentation according to company standards.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Auto damage estimating experience, including CCC One appraisal software proficiency.
Claims file handling experience in an adjusting role.
1st party collision and comprehensive claims handling experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies.
A Pennsylvania adjuster license is required or must be obtained within the first 30 days of
employment. The company will cover the cost of training and licensing.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
